the Corona pandemic affects all of us - families, friends, and businesses! Therefore, our top priority is to protect the health and well-being of every single employee, customer, and partner. We are continuously monitoring the development of the Corona Virus/COVID-19 worldwide. At all our sites, we follow the guidelines of the WHO, governments, and local health authorities.
But also and especially in this extraordinary situation, we are there for you. In compliance with the recommended measures for the protection of our employees and partners, we continue to produce machines of our brands Lapmaster, Peter Wolters, MICRON, ELB, aba, REFORM; KEHREN and Barnes at all our production sites worldwide and currently we can meet all project deadlines agreed with you.
Also, we are in constant communication with our suppliers and closely monitor a possible impact on our supply chain. To date, we have not experienced any significant difficulties and have adequate stock levels to maintain our production.
Our service and sales departments are, of course, still available to you as usual. However, to minimize the spread of the virus, we are using more than ever various digital communication channels instead of on-site service assignments and sales meetings. For quick troubleshooting on your machine, our remote maintenance solution, which has been tried and tested for years, is the first choice.
